OK, we did go a little overboard on the outdoor kitchen. But running back and forth to the house while you are BBQing is such a drag. So, we put in a double BBQ (regular and searing), a griddle, two refrigerators, freezer drawers, icemaker, 2 sinks, 3 burners, warming drawer, gas pizza oven, charcoal bbq, pellet grill, large island, even a dishwasher. And while it is quite large, it is still an intimate place for people to hang out.
But we didn’t stop there.
Had to do the large freeform pool with large hot tub, waterfall features, firepit, double-sized mosaic tile outdoor dining table with café lights, multiple tiered seating areas, and a hillside vineyard producing chardonnay and cabernet (which you get to try). Also, foosball, ping pong, large Connect 4 and cornhole too. The one thing we don’t have is neighbors.
We were even featured in Sonoma Magazine
in their "Stunning Wine Country Vacation Pools." article. But what is more satisfying is receiving reviews from guests like “you’ll never want to leave this house”, “the most perfect backyard in Healdsburg”, “the best rental property out there” and “Five stars isn't enough.”
We couldn't help ourselves...
We fell in love with this 1910 Craftsman farmhouse with amazing views of the Alexander Valley and only 8 minutes to Healdsburg Plaza. We spent 8 years remodeling it and creating the outdoor space. And we just completed an extensive 9-month remodel on the inside. We just love it and love even more sharing this special place with guests.
And we went a little overboard inside as well...
A fully stocked chef's kitchen with pretty much anything you need. 10 TV's including an entertainment system with 80” 4K TV, 7.1 sound, Apple TV (watch anything you want), Disney+, HBO Max, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and more. Japanese Toto toilets in every bathroom that open for you, heat the seat and even can spray your bum – only if you want that of course.

And who says Fido shouldn’t join in the fun?
We love pets. We can provide multiple dog beds, bowls, toys and plenty of space outside to run around (the whole 3 acres is fenced). We do ask for a nominal pet fee which helps us do a little extra cleaning.
One final note...
before you hopefully read some of our reviews. We want you to not just vacation at our house, but to have one of your best experiences ever. And if that is asking maybe too much, well, we do have a toilet that will spray your bum with water.

Pool temperature is normally 70-75 degrees May-October. If a warmer temperature (85 degrees) is desired, pool heat (via propane gas) is available for $100/day, 2-day minimum. Pool heat is not available November-April. Hot tub heating available year-round for no extra charge.
